`English 4 Life´- ESL Teacher Position
About English 4 Life (E4L) Learning Center:
English 4 Life Learning Center was founded in Sept. 2007. Initially we had been a part of a Franchising Organisation teaching English to children and students. But after learning about the SDA based curriculum we stepped out of the franchising contract and became independent.
Ever since we have been successfully teaching English to all levels - starting from kids aged 2 years to students and adults (Beginners to Business English) alike.
E4L’s Mission/Goal: Teaching English as a second language in a fun and natural way. The success of our students is our goal!
Facts About E4L:
Teaching English as a Second Language (ESL) to children ages 2 – 18 and adults.
Prepare students to take CELTA accredited English Language examinations.
Details of teaching positions:
Our younger students acquire English as a second language through play, games, activities in a very natural way. The subject matter is interesting as it deals with everyday material, thus arousing the child's curiosity to learn more about his or her surroundings in English. Our study groups are small (4-8 students), this way each child can participate more often and can be helped individually. The classes are held informal and the children learn freely, without pressure, with positive re-enforcement.
This poses a challenge to our new teachers:
We need teachers who...
· believe in this method so the children can have a great advantage
· love their jobs and the great job they are doing is to teach children a second language – which is very rewarding!
· are dedicated and creative!
· love singing
· Love to work with children in a fun and exciting way
· are outgoing and can motivate others
